Refund & Return Policy
Delivery
All physical product orders placed on Islamic And Tech are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.
Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service availability, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Tracking details will be shared with the customer wherever available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address, phone number, and other required information while placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and supporting photos or videos.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and invoice, wherever applicable.
Refunds approved by Islamic And Tech will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. After approval, the refund may take approximately 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return or refund.
For hygiene and personal-use reasons, opened or used products such as attars, perfumes, and similar personal-use items may not be eligible for return unless they were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled and will be handled according to the applicable return policy.
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Islamic And Tech reserves the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances where the order cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, any eligible payment received will be refunded.
Online Courses & Digital Services
Payments made for online courses, digital learning materials, or other digital services may be non-refundable once access to the course, class, video, downloadable material, or learning resource has been provided.
If payment is successfully deducted but access to the purchased course or service is not provided due to a technical or administrative issue from our side, please contact us. We will verify the transaction and provide access or process an appropriate refund where applicable.
